Its a safe bet that this same joke (and others like it) have made, and are still making, the rounds on the computers of all 50 state governments, what passes for a government in Washington, DC, the computers of the staffs of all Senators and Representatives, the RNC, the DNC and the rest of the literate world.
the only thing that i can make of this is that it had to happen for a reason...i just wish i knew what it was so i wouldn’t have to be pissed off all the time...
