We are well stocked with beef, except for Ribeye steaks (all the ribeyes from 4 steers went into special order standing rib roasts for Christmas) and beef breakfast sausage, both of which will be available in early January from the next group of steers that is dry aging.

Berkshire piggies

We have plenty of (retail) organic free range chickens for the next few months. Volume Discount priced chicken orders may be placed again in January 2009. We are finished raising chickens for the season. Our second walk-in freezer is full of chickens for winter sales.

We are well stocked on organic free range lamb, including the smoked lamb sausage links that were available earlier this year.
