It sounds to me like the family and the hospital are making arrangements for payment. Everyone here is so quick to determine that taxpayers will pay for these babies. It isn’t even clear that the taxpayers will pay for any part of this medical care. Maybe we could save the outrage until it is clear that there is something to be outraged over???

Right. I am sure they have a couple hundred grand laying around ready to pay the bill.

I am not outraged. Just commenting on the implication that this is an example of excessive medical cost of immigration. The headline calls these babies "anchor babies". If the parents are going to pay for this, or if people are freely choosing to help cover the costs I think that is wonderful. As I stated in my post, I love the generosity and kindness found here in the United States.
