I think Steele would be the best pick to counter the Obama "you owe me" mentality. He doesn't play the historical blame games and wants to look to make a better future.

Obama is the president of the disillusioned and angry. They thought they could grab on to the hope he was peddling but all he will do is deepen racial wounds and weaken the public's ability to overcome adversity.

Steele seems like a healer and a believer in American democracy and capitalism.

That's where the real hope lies.

I imagine in the future there are going to be disillusioned blacks and minorities regarding Obama; Mike might be the right man to bring them in to the GOP.
