Three of the Ft. Dix Six are illegals, so no, no one "brought them in."

That leaves two others, a Turk and a Jordanian, neither of which are Albanian and so they are not "the Albanians that Bush brought in" either.

As for the 3 illegal ones, they entered long ago:
