Since the '50's? And it was a residence all along? Hmm....a good bet they were renting it out, then. Still, it's an awfully small parcel...I mean -- comparatively speaking. But then, I suppose that most every plat is high-dollar property, in that area. Considering places like L.A., or N.Y.C., for instance... people are often jammed together like sardines in a can! Yet, there's nothing cheap about the real estate!

Zillow prices it at $681K, down from a peak of $906K in 2007.

Even today that particular area is the most expensive zip code in all of Oahu.
