Everyone should read Alinsky's
Rules for Radicals and be ready to apply its precepts to any Fairness Doctrine enforcement mechanism that may be passed. We need to swamp it with complaints real and imagined against our enemies at NPR, PBS, NBC, CBS, and all the rest. We can make it non-functional if we are aggressive and obstreperous enough.
If that doesn't work, we'll prepare to use more vigorous means of the kind that Thomas Jefferson would approve. There is no crime and much honor in treating traitors and tyrants as our ancestors would have.
