Pathetic.
I've been reading some 20th century history lately, and I gotta say, it's depressing. We used to have a loyal opposition. No longer.

The media has turned from bad to disgusting. They will eventually push to far and America will push back.

I guess Joe would have been Tina’s hero if he had thrown his shoes at Barky.

So Joe committed assault for asking a tough question of the One?

I won’t be too upset if people start assaulting so-called journalists with shoes. Not too upset at all.

I canceled my paper years ago. I saved a lot of trees and feel good about not supporting a liberal rag.

Is it any wonder that print journalism is in its death throes with commentary like this? Who in their right mind wants to waste their time reading insane analysis like this? Pitiful.
To: paltz
I'm sure most of our press is disappointed the camel-hugger didn't throw bombs instead of shoes.
The arabs should be embarrassed by this guy. Probably more of them are, than the american-left who now fancy themselves culture specialists in describing the significance of this act as a “supreme insult”.
Reality check msm- the “supreme insult” in Iraq was having your family tortured in front of your, your wife and children raped, and then everyone executed and put in an unmarked grave. Every skull found in an unmarked grave in Iraq suffered a supreme insult.

Well, good. I’m so glad the MSM has declared this kind of conduct toward presidents legitimate. If Obama comes down this way, I’d like to give him a boot in the a$$.
To: Darkwolf377
The people of America should be outraged at such treatment directed at our president. Newspaper editorials should be blasting every foreign leader who condones such an act. Protesters should be out in mass in front of Arab embassies. Sound off!!

The time for pushing back was before Nov. 4th.

I used to get angry at the media because of their nastiness and bias. Now, I simply shrug them off. I think it's less that they are nasty and bias, although they certainly are, I think it's just that they are not very bright.
To make this analogy means you have to take two completely different scenarios and try and make an analogy that simply does not exist by any stretch in an attempt to offer "creativity." Really, it would be much easier for them and much less mental strain if they would just stick to writing 3rd grade level science fiction reports about supposed global warming.

The media is going into overdrive looking for something to create a distraction from Obama and Blagojevich.

President of America George W. Bush, should have grabbed the shoe(s) and threw it back at the scum.
Now that would have been a story. LOL
