Aw, come on! It makes perfect sense, if you put on your racist goggles. Meaning, what’s the least white thing from D.C. you can think of and yet is still something or somebody almost everybody can recognize?
Almost all the famous people, buildings and monuments are or are from white people. Once you throw all them out...because you sure as hell don’t want anything associated with whites representin’ da DC hood, there ain’t much left.
