If that’s all he has I’d say he got off easy.

Thats what you get buddy. I bet Al-Maliki probably had a say in what happens to the guy, since he had to put his hand up to try to protect Bush. It almost looked like the second shoe touched Al-Maliki’s hand. So who was really insulted?
