I believe that among the 133 votes Franken had a 46-vote margin, so the net gain would be a lot less than 133.
That would be about 89 valid votes for Franken, all of which should be counted to avoid disenfranchising the voters, and 43 alleged ballots for Coleman, which cannot count because there is no proof that they exist, plus one unmarked ballot that should be counted as a presumed vote for Franken. Net gain? 90 votes for Franken. Next case?
