The Justices turned down the “stay” but have retained the “certori”.

It isn’t dead. They’re waiting for the Electoral College to actully elect him.

Senator Barack Obama is not President Elect until after the Electoral College “elects” him. Then Congress must approve the Election. Only one Senator, only one Representative are needed to stop Obama’s election approval.

This may not be the slam dunk for the Obamabots.

Thanks for that, SD. I didn't realize that they hadn't rejected the whole deal. We certainly do live in interesting times...
