I had almost the same expirience at our Wal-Mart a couple weeks ago, only this woman got mouthy.
It was a Saturday night so the lines were long, backed up to the clothing section. My husband and I were at the end and this black woman and her son were kind of hovering around the lines, trying to pick which one to hop in. I was probably 2 feet from the person in front of me (because I like to leave a respectable amount of room between people and not be up their behind) and the woman cut in front of me.
So my husband said, “Um, excuse me? We’re in line.” And she got mouthy and said, “Well, then you better learn to move the f*** up, fella.” Then she grabbed her son and went behind us and got REAL close to my husband’s ear and said, “I guess THIS is where the line ends, behind whitey, you see, son?”
It took everything I had in me not to pop the woman in her face...and divine intervention for my husband not to.
The woman didn’t get mouthy she just smirked at me and I laughed out loud at her. I too leave a respectable amount of room between me and the person ahead of me. Guess I won’t do that anymore, how about you? LOL!
