the solution is to limit a prosecutors immunity

I've long believed that if a prosecutor, or others in the criminal justice system, knowingly "railroad" a defendant, or falsify evidence, that they should be liable to serve the sentence for what ever crime the innocent person was being charged with. For instance, while Dennis Nifong got hammered, he should have to serve at least the minimum sentence for rape in prison as well, since that's what he knowingly tried hanging on the Duke LAX players, knowing they were innocent.

they're arrogant enough as attorneys ... when they become prosecutors they are just narcissistic ass hats ... only an attorney would create a law which protects another attorney from liability for their deliberate misdeeds
