Reagen started this and kept going on the illegal immigration. Bush tried a way to deal with this, and BTW, tried to keep the Hispanic vote with the republicans. Of course, the whiners would rather have us lose that vote than even try to deal with the illegals in some way.
I saw something that from Reagan’s book where he complained about the same whiners..
