I thought they were getting out of that business.

The store nearest me in Southwestern Missouri does not stock handguns, they do stock a very limited section of shotguns, center fire and rim fire rifles.

Shotgun shells are displayed on the shelves, some rifle ammo under glass, but hand gun ammo is hidden. You have to ask.

Last week they had Winchester 40 S&W $28.75 per hundred.

In Springfield, Missouri gun show this weekend, no reports yet but I will go way out on a limb and say BUSY!

I bought more guns last year than I should have in anticipation of this. Plus I’m sitting on many thousands of ss109s, many pounds of powder, countless thousands of primers, and more brass than I can count not to mention I stockpiled equal amounts of 7.62 ball. I could probably use a few more high cap mags and another beta c mag. I was waiting for beta co. to come out with a magazine for the AR10. If I was looking to buy more guns and ammo, I’d get the new bushmaster 50 cal pluc ammo. I’d probably get another 500 magnum (I might anyways). primers, powder, and projectiles remain a sound investment IMO. Bushmaster makes a sweet AR15 pistol. I’d probably get a couple more of those. Glocks are always good. scherer makes some sweet high cap magazines for pistols that are worth buying even if there isn’t a panic. I think they’ll really go after ammo though so ammo and reloading eqipment could be a dang good investment

I bought a box yesterday at the local Gander Mountain for $20. 'Course this is North Dakota.
