No argument there. I do think that a government stupid enough to play with ecology like this ought to pony up when it goes wrong. The problem is that it's using my money to do that.
I have certain neighbors whose cash crop is a herd of bison. No kidding. If I were a wolf I'd be looking for an easier meal... ;-)
