Can the Obomination just reverse this through Executive Order? I'm not so sure His Royal Incompetence even knows what an executive order is. Given his level of executive experience, he probably thinks it has something to do with pizza.

Just a coupla weeks ago, obamba vowed the first thing he would do is issue Executive Orders to nullify nearly everything Pres. Bush has done. So maybe Pres. Bush is going to make it harder for him to do so.
