Post mortem -- or nonexistent -- .38 gunshot wound, the fact remains that the official explanation is a clear conspiracy to obstruct justice.
And that is a "legitimate conspiracy theory"...
One can’t really separate this into two different conspiracies, the homicide and the cover-up, since they were both essentially a part of a single plan, and some of the same individuals participated in both.
