You may be more correct than you’ll ever know referring to him as Lord Obama. His dad was a loyal british subject by law. There’s no debating this.
It is possible that Barrack Obama Sr. was not the name on his birth certificate.
If it was a “late registration” with no hospital listed, they could have shown another Citizen of the U.S. as the father to guarantee him citizenship.
Of course DNA today could dis-spell any falsehoods like that.
Have seen no evidence of this, but it is possible.
