If you seriously think there is a difference between the DNC and Obama on this matter then you are not even approaching honesty.

When it comes to paying bills or money in general I'm always honest and never stupid (well at least since I grew up)

Then show us a link where this has done less damage to zer0bama than spending $10 on releasing his BC. I have as much confidence of seeing your link as you do of seeing the converse. So where does that leave us? The burden of proof of qualifying... what does the constitution say? When does the President elect fail to qualify? Why would the 20th amendment writers focus on the PE failing to qualify rather than the individual voters having responsibility to prove he didn’t?

Look at the 20th amendment for a clue.
