You know the Left will come up with a wish list. Its any one's guess what a new Constitution would look like.

Only 13 states are needed to refuse to ratify a new Constitution. I can come up with nine that almost certainly would do so.

I think it would be an interesting exercise, if for no other reason than to flush out the closet fascists and socialists. Once their true goals were made clear, I think you'd see resistance harden against it, very quickly.
