I wouldn’t be too quick to conclude those absentee ballots will favor Franken. I am not familiar with MN, but normally, absenteee ballots tend to favor Republicans.
Not ballots that were rejected because they were improperly filled out or submitted. Screwed up ballots always greatly favor the dem because...well, because democratic voters tend to be stupid and incompetent.
