What in the world is going on in NC, lately..Geeze my former home state has gone absolutely insane since I lived there in the 90’s??!
Should I refer to NC as the “Massachussetts of the South”?

Should I refer to NC as the Massachussetts of the South?I do. And I don't live there :)
Between the illegals and the carpetbaggers, NC went to hell several years ago.

Yes. With Mike "tax hike" Easley, now Hagan and Perdue, we will no longer have take home pay. Our entire wage will just be handed over to build things like Easley's $% million walk bridge over the Raleigh beltline that no one uses. We already have about the highest gas tax in the nation. Since I 95 is the route many from the north take to get to Florida, they could at least do something that affected those trucks etc that use that route to help pay the upkeep of at least that route.
