this is true, but for some reason I have a feeling thats not what its really all about

I think this entire financial "crisis" is nothing more than a shift to socialism (total governmeent control), orchestrated by the federal reserve and the mega rich, the same thing happened through the Great Depression

I agree with you - I think the people orchestrating the “bailouts” are proceeding with that in mind.

However, I think the thing is being sold to the sheeple by subtly and not so subtly implying that bankruptcy is equivalent to disappearance.

“We’ve got to SAVE the automakers.” As if bankruptcy would mean that they would disappear.
