Just curious - Do you carry the 642 in your pocket (holster) or some other way? I’m the proud new owner of a 340PD, and I’m trying out several ways of carrying it - so far with an IWB and also with a ‘belly band’...

Weather & event usually determine my choice.

Normal everyday carry is a XD-45 compact. In the truck console is a Kel-Tec P3AT that disappears in a pocket should the XD prove to large for the moment. There is also a S&W J-frame Airweight with snake shot (first two anyway) for those day hikes and canoe river runs.
