Patricia Mell married Rod Blagojevich in 1992, moving from one political family to the next. The daughter of powerful Ald. Dick Mell and sister of newly elected state Rep. Deborah Mell, Patti Blagojevich told the Sun-Times in a 2002 interview she was beguiled by her husband's courtship performance of a medley of Elvis Presley hits.
He didn't have political aspirations when they met, she said.
They should have entitled it Foul Mouthed First Lady of Illinois.

In 2005 Blago ordered a landfill closed that was owned by a distant relative on his wifes side of the family. Father-in-law Richard Mell also was milking some $ out of it and blew up at Hot Rod, as a result they didn’t speak to each other for years. Maybe still, although right now I’ll bet he’s got a few choice words for his son-in-law. Probably the same ones his daughter was using on the wiretap!
She’s every bit as nasty, she’s been around it her entire life.
Sounds like they are a perfect match ... they have a lot in common.
Hillary’s been known to throw expletives around freely as well, but I don’t recall any major news outlet writing a story about it.
Don’t forget HRC in that list. Remember her endearing words for the secrete service agents among others.
From the title, I was not sure if the article was about Michelle O, or Hillary.

I hear Rahm Emmanuel is a foulmouth character but I don’t see any new stories , let alone headlines about him. Hmmm.....double standard????

I think in this culture we are getting prissy about language and tolerant of behaviors which is really dumb.
We so often turn our backs on pols F-—— someone, but want those who use the F word to be punished.
I don’t get it.
I think prudence dictates when and where one uses certain words, but no words I can think of are are intrinsically evil.
Let’s save our disdain for wrongdoing, not wrong saying.
Which brings up another thought. Blagojevich is probably a sociopath and his language is vulgar, but except where he is actually is caught in a “deal”, his language should not convict him of pay for play.
