I thought he was denied the information on the identity of the tossed ballots. This is the same tactic they used in the WA Governors race 4 years ago. Of course they have the same guy running this recount that Gregoir had in WA 4 years ago.
They were denied the count of the rejected ballots, not the info on the voters....
The guy even brags that he steals elections for the Democrats. His technique is simple: get the election close enough for a recount, and keep recounting and recounting over and over until the Democrat is ahead - then STOP counting and declare victory.
