Strange how that happens. I am a police officer in NW Indiana and several years ago there was a large manhunt for two convicted murderers who escaped from prison. During the search, a State Trooper stopped in some tall weeds to take a leak and found one of the men when he nearly urniated on him.

Which, sounds like it was an easily accessible area, which provided quick cover.

So.... it may never have been found, but for the random actions of some person.

With Christmas so close I would like to think that the new angel Caylee guided this man to her remains.

The body was found behind a fenced area where the searchers were not allowed to go. Can utility workers go on fenced property without permission from the owner?
