One of these days we will have technology that can record multiple people speaking.
Even for consensual one party recordings, procedures require the approval. It was not up to the individual agent, it rests with the office head I believe in the FBI.
I hope Fitzgerald realizes that he could go down in history as the “Dragon Slayer” if he is able to pull this off and takes Obama with them.
Execution is the question, how to still peaceably demonstrate the final intentions of patriotic American citizens?
The Obama crusaders honestly feels that America does not care, that all everyone wants is job security and a paycheck.
Well that seems to work for the media, they do what they are told or no paycheck.
Real patriotic Americans will sacrifice the paycheck if they have to, many will walk away from their homes and of course many many are so frightened they are buying firearms like they believe the planet is about to be invaded by 6 legged carnosaurs.
I think America will only put up with so much, the tipping point I think will be about two days before the inauguration, my guess.I can just imagine a convoy of tractors, truckers, RVs all blocking routes into DC so the 10,000 busses and millions of Obamanuts cannot do a Mecca type of pilgrimage.

The coverage of the extortion that the Gov'ner tried on the media is nothing new. LBJ extorted the media as well for favorable coverage.
This is a warning shot. They hold some cards (Rezko, who knows what else). They can turn up the heat on him.
They will go back to the honeymoon before inauguration day.
To put it in blunt terms, the media did not vet this man because they wanted to be able to BLACKMAIL him.
The media itself should be investigated for their criminal scheme.
I've read this "life sentence" a couple of times now. How so? He may have wanted to sell the Senate seat, but he hasn't yet (thanks to Fitz stopping the investigation). Besides, are the Feds in the habit of granting $4,500 bail to people facing life sentences?
There is also the convenient matter of using Rezko’s money to get operations rolling and raise the vast money that Obama did which allowed him to run a successful campaign and still donate the alleged equivalent of the Rezko money to charity. Without Rezko, does the Obama campaign even get out of the starting gate?
