I do not want to start a flame war, but I am sick of this oligarchy class American's are pushing to be eligible for political office.
As long as you meet these requirements: 1. at least 30 years old, 2. a U.S. citizen for at least nine years at the time of election to the Senate., 3. a resident of the state one is elected to represent in the Senate. You are eligible to be a Senator.
While I could care less if Fran Drescher makes it or not. Just by going by your statement, what makes her not Senatorial material?
Hillary proved you didn’t even need to be a citizen of the state. Carpet baggers can move to the state and secure the seat within a couple of months.
“So, just what makes one Senatorial material in your book?”
First of all, someone who’s knowlegable on the issues (national, international, and state issues). Someone who has played a role in public policy in some way. Fran Drescher meets the legal eligibility, I never contested that.
