“Should this become the case, the Constitution does provide a procedure for resolving it by placing the Vice President in the position of acting president. The 25th Amendment states in Section 1:

“In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.”

But there is problem with this. It assumes that the vice president was legally appointed by a legitimate presidential candidate or president. If the president is illegitimate, then any selections to his cabinet would be invalid including the vice president.”

I know Biden is the gaffe King, but does anyone wonder if he found out too late that this was a possibility and was trying to dissuade the election because this was his one shot and he might not even get in because of the ineligibility?

I swear at the end it seemed that he was trying to keep Obama from being elected.

If Biden becomes POTUS, you had better “gird your loins.”
