Nope, and I do believe James where he states that you shall know “a man by his fruit”.
I can’t really say if GWB is saved or not, but I do know it is UN-Biblical to state that Christians and Muslims worship the same “god”! Hopefully he is, but I doubt it, we must pray for him either way..
