It seems like quite a difference, from 687 to 192. Even if the 133 "missing mystery" ballots are determined to be unlocated, which would bring the 192 up to 238, that is still a difference of 449 to the MN SOS website of 687. If I correctly understand your reply to me, the 192 margin already includes the tallys from the pre-recount challenged ballots. So at this point if all the challenged ballots were rejected (from both Coleman & Franken) then I assume that the 687 difference would be the final tally, not including any of the impact from the 133 "missing mystery" ballots???

By the way, I know many others have made this same observation, but how are the dimwits so certain of the "missing mystery" ballots being 133 precisely. Do we know if this missing mystery envelope ever in fact actually existed? I personally think the dimwits ran this group of ballots twice through optical machine scanner, and now they are off by this double count. This sounds like a favorite tactic & ploy of the corrupt dimwits. Does the recount total for this precinct match the signed in registered voters or do total registered voters show 133 more than the recount totals? Again, I would not trust the dimwits one smidgeon to have altered & changed the number of registered voters in order to create this controversy over 133 "missing mystery" ballots.

no.no The SOS figure includes NO VOTES from the precinct in question. No one doubts that, completely independent of the "mystery ballots" franken carried the precinct by 400+ votes. Thus, if those ballots are included, the margin falls into the range of 238. The "mystery ballots," as recorded election night , would give franken an additional margin of about 46.

Only if the whole precinct were thrown out would the margin by 687 or so.

The Star trib count uses the election night count for that precinct, but the post-recount, challenges-removed count for all of the other precincts in the state.

Clear?
