Exactly. Why should they build new prisons to house their criminals when they can just boot them across the border and let us deal with the pimps, drug dealers, car thieves and gang bangers. Whenever Mexico's 100 year old prisons get full, they just bus them all to the border and tell them if they come back, they'll be shot.
