jveritas, I have appreciated your contributions to FR, which are second to none.

However, I resent and hotly contest your characterization as “lunacy” the concerns that many people have regarding this issue.

This is a CONSTITUTIONAL issue, not some kind of sexual, corruption or even truthfulness issue. It is Constitutional.

Because it had or has little chance of overcoming cowardice, cronyism and bureaucracy does not mean it should NOT be examined.

I would think that YOU of all people, with the types of issues you have highlighted and the responses you have elicited, that you would understand better than anyone else. You are doing to others what has been occasionally done to you.

I did not mean to offend anyone and I apologize if I did. I used the term lunacy from a political point of view and not a characterization of someone character or mental health.

The Obama birth certificate was a defeated cause from the beginning because it lacks the "beyond any reasonable doubt" proof that the man is not a natural born citizen. It has consumed a lot of energy, time, and bandwidth on this forum but the results were known from the beginning, i.e. this was going nowhere.

Now I hope that people on FR who have invested so much time and energy on this will move on and focus on defeating Obama socialist and defeatist policies.
