A fraudulent candidate whose birth place and entire past is under lock and key can be sworn into office by a Supreme Court that refuses to view his constitutional requirements and you think this is “upholding the constitution?”
I'm dying to hear this fairy tale... lets hear your logic?
First of all, I believe Obama was born in Hawaii and is thus a natural born citizen.
Second, I know that Chief Justice Roberts and Scaila, Thomas and Alito are Strict Constructionists and will uphold the Constitution.
Now, if you have reason to believe that Roberts and Scaila, Thomas and Alito are not Strict Constructionists, I would like to know your reason why you believe that.
If you believe that Obama was born in Kenya, then you need to find his DS-1350 that recorded that birth. If there were an Obama DS-1350 it would be at the State Department along with my DS-1350.
Of course, you could also get a job with a State Department contractor and like other people take a peek into Obama’s Passport file. That Passport file will show the place where he was born.
And no one that looked at Obama’s Passport or Passport File has said that the document lists his place of birth as Kenya.
