I asked you to show me a case where a person who is in Berg's position has standing. You have failed to do so. You just keep blindly making the same claims that all of the conspiracy theorists have been spouting. And you are accusing me of making things up. Well, I am in good company, because the people on my side include nearly all reputable conservative commentators, the judges who decided these case and as of tomorrow the Supreme court.
I am sure they are all part of the some vast left wing conspiracy, however.
