that sounds like what I make, but I use chicken wings... i also add a little basil and oregano and use pennsylvania dutch fine noodles.

Inquiring minds: what are PA dutch fine noodles?
I usually use fettucine noodles... I break them into ~1" pieces... sometimes I use egg noodles.
