Americans don't like being told their votes don't count even when they are wrong. Fine-point constitutional issues such as this draw even less support. Freepers can whine about it all day, but it's true.

Wow, way to stand up there for the rule of law. /s. Fortunately, the Constitution doesn't turn on what Americans like or don't like being told. It is the law, not just a finger in the air. If they are upset about their votes not being counted, then they can take it to the DNC and ask them why they screwed their party so royally.

Just like that, in less than 15 years, a constitutional amendment was voted in, then out. And that one was not associated with a person who had just won 60+ million votes.

"Just like that" wasn't even close to six weeks and the 18th Amendment was ultimately ratified by 45 states. An amendment to the Constitution such as the one you described wouldn't happen as things sit at this very second, much less after people find out what type of charlatan Obama really is.

Yes, the Constitution does turn on what Americans want. And, yes, in American history, a couple of years is the blink of an eye. In this particular case, trust me, the process would be so radically streamlined and rushed through you would be stunned. In the meantime, Congress would pass some (extra-constitutional) legislation allowing Obama to take office until the amendment went through.

"Well, that would be challenged." Oh, right. And that challenge would end up in the courts and be tied up just like the birth certificate thing was for almost a year.

Seriously, you guys need to give this one up. It's beyond the derangement of Clinton's "Mena cocaine" activities.
