I think the historic role of the Vice President was to feed pigeons in the park across from the White House...at least that’s what Alexander Throttlebottom used to spend his time doing. That would be something Joe could handle without screwing up.
That's easy to say for one who isn't a pigeon in need of food.
Many pigeons could die....
