The concept is an overweight woman, sitting on a couch with a microphone, lording her eight-figure paycheck over people with five-figure paychecks if they are lucky. She recommends books that she doesn’t read, gives away gifts that she hasn’t paid for and dispenses advice that she hasn’t followed. You’d have to be a masochist to sit and watch such a show. Palin shows intelligence by not enabling the Oprah pandering."
