I play a little golf at the local municipal course. People still played after the market crashed. Since Obama was elcted business is way down, golf stores are not doing well and practically cannot give things away. The golf courses in these parts raise prices in teh winter but they are delaying it.

People, businesses and business owners have zero confidence in the little marxist.

This is exactly why I'm against any bailout. The auto industry, for example, saw management cave in to the unions over and over to the point where they face labor costs of $73/hour and must pay 97% of wages even when they don't work. Does Washington really think I want MY MONEY to support a management team that let this happen to their company? In a word: NO! Screw 'em. File bankruptcy, reorganize, renegotiate your contracts, and get some semblance of reality back into your cost structures. And, please, don't give me the catastrophic unemployment consequences of reorganization. If the UAW must finally make good on its war chest promises to its members, fine. Meanwhile, management needs to get its house in order WITHOUT A DIME OF MY MONEY.
