Rule No 1....you need a valid US birth certificate to participate.
If there was no insurance or free health care it wouldn’t make any difference if you were a citizen or not.
Canadians with any money come here now and pay the full price for health care because the government system in Canada stinks.
I kinda agree...every single American should demonstrate proof of citizenship by providing their birth certificate to a county office where they are registered. If you can’t show citizenship...you shouldn’t get any healthcare via this program or run for the presidency.
