That’s my point. Just because some other country gives you citizenship does that mena you automatically have that allegiance to them? Of course not. Wanna bet George Washington and all the other founding fathers also continued to hold British citizenship even after the Revolutionary War?

Did you read the Constitution? They grandfathered themselves in knowing that they were not considered natural born even though they were born in this land. For one it wasn't even the United states so they were British citizens.
