I understand your dark humor here, but it is really no laughing matter.
These politicians leave the job of reading thousands of pages of legislation up to their aides and we have no assurances that they are competent at their jobs or that they are even true conservatives. Very scary.
I agree but what’s even scarier is who they let do the writing of the legislation they don’t read.
In addition I have proposed that all legislative personnel, aids, chief of staff be from Universities in the state they are elected from and be residents of said state. I’m tired of them hiring liberals from Harvard, Princeton, Yale and not making sure they are core conservatives. They only represent themselves in most cases.
