Actually, if you look at the SCOTUS Public Information Office "Reporter’s Guide to Applications," it may indicate SOME of why the media is mum on this.

"The Circuit Justice may act on an application alone or refer it to the full Court for consideration. The fact that an application has been referred to the full Court may not be known publicly until the Court acts on the application and the referral is noted in the Court’s order."

And elsewhere:

"The Public Information Office maintains a list of press names and phone numbers. We suggest that press who wish to be included on our active “call-out” list periodically touch base with the Public Information Office.

“Call-out” is provided by the Public Information Office on a limited basis, usually upon request by a member of the press. Only for applications of generally high press interest would we initiate a complete “call-out” of the press list."

Does that EXCUSE why the media is NOT doing INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM? NO

Does that mean that Rush, Hannity, and other radio outlets can only act if they are "alerted" by the SCOTUS PIO? NO

There is ONE THING THAT WOULD RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. ONE Obama CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH SHOWING TIME, STATE,HOSPITAL, WEIGHT, PARENTS NAMES ETC. Obviously Obama was born somewhere. His illegal grandma says he was born in Kenya.
Why is there so much legal resistance to releasing Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth, or his college transcripts?
WHAT IS OBAMA HIDING?
There is just one little Constitutional question that stands in the way of non Americans of birth from being President.

This is the same document ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS have to show for about everything now. Obama wants to change the law and re-write the Constitution because he believes our Constitution is FUNDEMENTALLY FLAWED. What better way to spit on our Constitution than to illegally assume the Office of President?

Why are there people who think undocumented immigrunts need no documentation? Because this case is exactly what can and will happen when valid questions are unanswered or avoided with legal manuevering. Citizenship will mean nothing for any of us.

Any other case of national interest like a 2nd Amendment case or Civil rights case in conference at the Supreme Court would have reporters on the court steps camping.

Yet there is NOTHING ANYWHERE. No talking heads speculating on the merits of the case. NOTHING.

If there are powers that be capable of blocking out potentially the biggest Constitutional Case in US History, what else are we not being told the truth about?

I have no apology for my complete mistrust of our government. Most people are complete fools to the reality.

It was announced weeks ago, that the SC would have comments on DECEMBER 5. And I know Rush never discusses speculative issues that are of this importance. It is best to wait until more info comes out. Now, if the supremes refuse to look further (demand obammy produce his BC) then there will be some comments.

I really don't think the problem here is Obama’s birth certificate. The problem is that over half of the American voting population (Democrats) neither know nor do they care that a person must be born in the U.S. in order to become President.
