Well the question becomes as far as I can tell, what proof does the plaintiff have that Fauxbama is not a citizen? Is not the burden of proof on the Plaintiff? Does this guy have any solid evidence or just rumor and second hand verbal allegations?
Well, although it probably doesn’t apply to a case like this, it’s “innocent until proven guilty”. I’d imagine the burden of proof would be on the people making the accusations.
