You keep saying that. Can you show me where COTUS, Federal law or case law supports your claims that someone born in the US to one or two foreign parents, cannot be President?
There doesn’t need to be a law.
All of our Presidents have met the criteria:
All of our Presidents were either citizens of the United States at the time the Constitution was adopted (doesn’t apply to Obama since he’s not over 200 years old)
OR
They were born on US soil to US citizens.
