I think you can rest assured that they will remember that. There are many people around here that think that the Justices are quiet, timid people who are always looking to avoid conflict through hyper-technicalities. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

They are territorial, power-hungry and highly intelligent... in short, every one of them could run circles around the politicians running around the hill.

If they feel that this impacts their power in relation to the other branches, then they will be inclined to take it. They don't like an overreaching Executive Branch and would not sit idly by while Obama tramples all over The Constitution by actively concealing his true history.

Finally, the network that the Justices run with on a personal level all but guarantees that they know more about the Obama story than most of us and I am sure that they are fully aware of the impact their decision will have on the country. I feel confident that the Justices place more value on the long-term survival of the Republic than on short-term emotional outbursts of certain populace parts of the population.
